A serious accident occurred this evening near the Graveyard in Lemondokop Village, involving a motorist and an elderly woman who was carrying a child on her back.
An eyewitness told Sekgosese Insider that the elderly woman was on her way home when the incident happened. The driver, a woman in a Volkswagen Tiguan, was taken from the scene by Sekgosese police.
The eyewitness stated that, ” The Driver did not try to flee and she is cooperating with the authorities,”
The elderly woman was transported to the hospital for treatment. Further details about her condition and the child’s status have not been disclosed.
