Residents of Nkowankowa, Lenyenye, and the surrounding areas are currently experiencing a power outage due to a broken conductor near Letaba Hospital. The affected regions include Dan, Julesburg A, Khujwana, Lenyenye A, Letaba, Maake, Makhubidung, Mashiloane, Mogapeng, Moime, Mokgoloboto, Nkowankowa A, Pharare A,
Rakoma, Shipalana A, Serare, Shiluvane Mission, Mogoboya, Ga-Rakoma, Burgersdorp, Khangela, Lefara, Lenyenye B, Letsitele, Mambangu, Mantshapeng, Mariveni, Mohlaba, Ngolombe, Nkowankowa B, Pharare B, Shikwambana, Shipalana B, and Zanghoma, Mokomotji.
Greater Tzaneen Municipality, stated that “A team is currently on-site working to fix the issue, with power expected to be restored within the next two hours.”
“We apologize for the inconvenience,” added Municipality.
Residents are advised to remain patient as efforts continue to resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
