Police are investigating the murder of an unidentified African man whose body was found with gunshot wounds on Friday morning, June 7, 2024, in Riverside village.
According to Police Spokesperson Colonel Ledwaba Malesela, officers were called to the scene along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
“They discovered the body of a man, approximately 35 years old, lying next to a dam,” said Colonel Ledwaba.
“The man was wearing black jeans and a grey T-shirt with white dots. His body was already in an advanced state of decomposition,” Added Colonel Ledwaba.
The police have opened a case of murder and are conducting further investigations.
The investigation is ongoing.
