Lebowakgomo, – Onthatile Chauke, the daughter of popular artist Lehlogonolo Chauke, known as Shebeshxt, will be laid to rest this Saturday, June 22, 2024, in Lebowakgomo, outside Polokwane.
Onthatile tragically passed away earlier this month in a car accident. The accident also involved her father, Shebeshxt, who remains in the hospital.
The family hopes he will be well enough to attend his daughter’s funeral.
The community is expected to gather in large numbers to support the family during this difficult time.Funeral proceedings will begin at 08 AM at the local church, followed by the burial at the nearby cemetery.
